About Support at Home Compare
An independent, Australian-run comparison service for in-home aged care.
Choosing in-home care under the new Support at Home program is genuinely hard: dozens of providers can service a single suburb, every one sets its own hourly rates, and the only official tool compares three at a time. We built Support at Home Compare to put them all in one place — who serves your area, what they charge, and how those charges are moving.
We build on Australian Government open data (the Aged Care Service List and providers' published Support at Home prices, licensed CC BY 4.0), so the directory is grounded in the official record rather than paid placements. We show every provider in your area — not just the ones we have a referral arrangement with.
The service is run by a small independent operator in Queensland, Australia (ABN 71 835 181 543). It's free for families; we're paid referral fees by providers only when a family we introduce chooses to engage them.
